![]() ![]() SourceForge has been very good to us over these 9 years. ![]() I have rarely seen such amazing support from anyone, and I'm sure that many other people on FossHub are missing him already. He always gave me very prompt support, even when it was just me making silly mistakes with their API, and went over and above to optimize upload and download speed for me and our users. One big reason for using FossHub was how great Sam is! He contacted me out of the blue all those years ago and offered to host UMS, pointing out the benefits of the website. This simplifies our release process, giving us more time for development.Automatic downloading of updates was running slowly, and is much faster now in testing (please give us your feedback about this).Since 2018, we have been releasing new versions of UMS via FossHub (our primary source), GitHub and SourceForge, with other file hosts mirroring the releases too, including the wonderful MajorGeeks, VideoHelp, Softpedia, and others.īefore that, we had been using SourceForge since 2013, and before that we used Google Code. There's also a RC branch, were I'm merging everything. Our primary file host is now GitHub, and we are no longer releasing to FossHub or SourceForge. While I don't have much time available (too much work on my plate) I already have some branches, with bugfixes (some that I found in the old forums and others from our current implementation of Booked), with new plugins, translation updates, etc. I already cloned the git repo on to my github and everyone is welcome to clone it from there,, but you can also clone it from. I encourage everyone to do the same and to preserve the the currently available code. This open source project will be discontinued." made me fear for the future of the Open Source version of this project, as such I immediately set to clone the current repo and all of the source code. After seeing the message in and subsequently on, namely that the open source Booked was EOL, "Booked Scheduler will become a ful SaaS offering on November 1, 2020. ![]()
